Plan Review Services
The plan review process is quite simple and designed to reduce overall time frames of the plan review and permitting process. Below is our recommended practice when submitting plans:
- The submittal is received by the municipality.
- A minimum of one submittal is transmitted to Code Savvy Consultants (via FEDEX)
- Prior to beginning the plan review process we can send you FEDEX labels which include our shipping information.
- Just package the submittal in a free FEDEX package, adhere the provided labels, contact FEDEX or drop the package off an an approved location.
- Plans are received by Code Savvy Consultants and logged into our data base
- An email or fax is transmitted to your office to advise you that we have received the submittal, the estimated plan review time, plan review number, and estimated cost.
- The plan review is completed and a detailed plan review report is completed indicating our recommendation on how the submittal should be processed.
- The report can be transmitted via email or fax, with a hard copy returned to you with the submittal.
